Found differential fluid all over the underside of vehicle. Transfer case lost all fluid and has allot of metal shavings. Took a bore scope and saw pitting on the gears internally. Recommend replacing transfer case.
TRANSFER CASE ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – Power Transfer Unit (PTU),w/o Differential Oil Cooler
Serpentine belt has cracks, Front struts are weak and noisy (recommend sway bar end links when replacing struts), Tire shake at 60 mph and up (balance most likely the issue) and Transmission and PTO fluids filled to capacity. Brakes are in good shape. CEL on for active grille shutter came on at one point (may be an problem that comes and goes.
