    • Thermostat housing cracked and leaking coolant. Once leak was repaired we performed a combustion test in cooling system and it failed. Car has a blown head gasket!

    • Car came in with following DTCS – P0455 evap system large leak, P0495 Cooling fan speed high, P0856 traction control toque request circuit, u1041 lost comm with electronic brake control mod, Co455 steering wheel angle sensor perf.,C0244 pulse width modulation delivered torque malf., and lots of other random codes. We cleared codes and went on several test drives without anything coming back. Could be related to the water pump failure. Return if light comes back on.
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures.

    • Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with reclaimed R-134. Add leak detection dye. Test system performance.
    • ENGINE OR TRANSMISSION MOUNT – Remove & Replace – In-Line6 Engine,Front,One Side,w/Skid Plate
    • Tech accidentally damaged radiator doing motor mount.

    • Remove and reinstall four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front ( 60 %) Rear (drum) Don't see anything with front brakes and rears are drums and neither are making noises at this time. The tires are old and dry rotted and starting to separate. Only recommend tires at this time.
    • Remove wheels from vehicle. Inspect brakes. Computer spin balance. Reinstall wheels to vehicle and torque lug nuts to manufacturer's specifications.
