Spoke with owner and found out TCM had been replaced but not programmed with the vehicle software. Recommend reprogram and re test.
Programming – Transmission Control Module (TCM)
After TCM programming, Transmission DTC's no longer setting, but Idle speed is still erratic and too fast at times. Performed Idle re learn procedure and idle returned to normal.

Everything was tight and like it should be. But the rear spare tire had a chain hanging down slapping steel wheel making noise so we tried relocating chain to help noise.
