    • Found alternator not charging. Battery good. Need to repair charging system problem first and then test power steering system for proper operation. If problem with power steering still exists after alternator replacement, further diagnostics will be required. After alternator replacement, steering system returned to normal operation.
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures.

    • Car was 3.5 quarts low on oil. Has knock sensor codes. Had code P1326 Knock signal range/performance – for knock sensor. Suspect cam/bearing failure. We cleared and it will most likely come back. We could hear a low end knock after adding oil. Recommend contacting kia for warranty replacement when time comes
